The ground floor of this spacious two-story home is fully accessible for guests with mobility limitations. A ramp to the outdoor deck—and into the home—is available on request. While the first floor is only accessible via stairs (indoor and outdoor), two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy lounge, outdoor kitchen, pool, and alfresco dining area are all conveniently located on the ground floor.
The home is fitted with a security alarm system. You’ll notice three small motion sensors near the ceilings—these do not record or take images and they remain inactive during your stay.
There’s also a front door intercom camera, located upstairs near the kitchen and study nook. It works just like a peephole, allowing guests upstairs to see who’s at the door—it doesn’t record or store footage.
