The ground floor of this two-story home is fully accessible for those with mobility limitations, with a ramp available on request for easy access to the outdoor deck and home. However, the first floor is accessible via stairs only. Downstairs features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge room, outdoor kitchen, pool, and dining area.
For security, the home has a motion-activated alarm system with three sensors (which do not capture images) that activate when the alarm is on but are deactivated during your stay. Additionally, there’s a front door intercom camera system, functioning like a peephole, allowing guests upstairs to check who is at the door without recording anything.
